M1 Rune: Finish the game in easy mode
M2 Rune: Finish a versus mode match with four human players
M3 Rune: Finish the game in normal mode
M4 Rune: Finish 10 co-op matches
M5 Rune: Play 20 matches in multi-player versus mode that are not co-op count
M6 Rune: Finish 20 co-op matches to unlock the M6 Rune.
M7 Rune: Play 50 matches in multi-player versus mode that are not co-op
M8 Rune: Finish story mode in hard mode
M9 Rune: Finish the game with all 4 characters on any mode
S1 Rune: Finish the 1st group of 4 levels in survival mode
S2 Rune: Finish the 2nd group of 4 levels in survival mode
S3 Rune: Finish the 3rd group of 4 levels in survival mode
S4 Rune: Finish the 1st group of 4 levels in expert survival mode
S5 Rune: Finish the 2nd group of 4 levels in expert survival mode
