Bulk Star:
Finish the Celestial Valley in time attack mode less than 3:20:00 in time.

Get off board:
Hold A to charge up, then hold thumb-stick Back.

Unlock Dragoon in City Trial's Free Run:
Complete the following tasks:
A: Jump higher than 1,000 feet in the high jump in the City Trial
B: Fly through the rings in the sky at least 5 times in start mode
C: Fly higher than 1,300 feet in the stadium (air glider)

Rocket Star in Air Ride mode
Complete one lap in the Machine Passage stage less than 1:05:00 in time.

Rex Wheelie in Air Ride mode
Play in Air Ride mode and beat 100 enemies on Exhaled Stars

Meta-Knight in Air Ride mode
Reach minimum 30 minutes of air time

Collect the Hydra Parts X, Y, and Z on the Clear Check Grid to get the
Hydra vehicle in Drive mode

Wing 1 (X): The 2nd or 3rd floor of the 4 story glide area.
Wing 2 (Y): Outside of the 4 story glide area, or in the forest area.
Body and Head (Z): Underground near the north - south exits.
