Wild Jango: Beat him in the Central Tower stage 2.
Silver Horn: Beat him in Tianna Camp stage 3.
Mad Nautilus: Beat him in Gaudile's Lab stage 4.
Mach Jentra: Beat him in Ulfat Factory stage 5.
Incentas: Beat him in Gimiala Mine stage 6.
Depth Dragoon: Beat him in Far East HQ stage 10.
Raflesian: Beat her in Tianna camp and get the Tianna key.
Ninetails: Beat him in Central Tower if you have the Central Key.
Note: To get the Central Key you have to finish the game once.
