Play with Crocodile: Finish Event Battle with Robin.
Play with Orm: Finish Event Battle with Chopper.
Play with Smoker: Finish Event Battle with Zoro.
Play with Wiper: Finish Event Battle with Luffy.

Play with Enel:
Unlock Smoker, Crocodile, Wiper, and Orm, after finish Event
Battle with Luffy or Wiper.

Play with Hina:
Unlock Enel, after finish Event Battle with Usopp in hard mode.

Play with Bon Clay:
Unlock Hina, after finish Event Battle with Sanji in hard mode.

Play with Ace:
Unlock Bon Clay and complete training mode with Usopp, Sanji,
Luffy, Zorro, Nami, Chopper and Robin then finish Event Battle
with Smoker in hard mode.

Play with Shanks:
Unlock Ace, complete Event Battle in hard mode with Luffy, Zorro,
Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper and Robin, after unlock the Windmill
Village and Marine HQ levels. Finally, complete Event Battle with
Luffy in hard mode.

Unlock Super Hard mode:
Complete all moves for all 16 characters in training mode.

Unloc Windmill Village stage:
Unlock Enel, after find all 48 cards in Event Battle.

Unlock Marine HQ:
Go to training mode and get your bomb catching over 51.

Different commentary voice:
Finish Event Battle in normal mode with any character
